We have several plateform selling our scooter parts, dirt bike parts, etc. But we meet the key problem during the whole business chain- the logistical. As most of them will order for few parts at the beginning and not willing to pay extra shipment expense for EMS, or DHL, or FEDEX. So it will be quite difficult for them to get the parts on time. As the only option will be some “slow shipping company” like the China post, Hongkang Post. It sometime will cost more than 20-30 days , some even over 1 month to arrive. It can not be suffer as mostly the customer wait for the parts too fix their bike. Now we are discussing how to avoide this happened and wish find some solutions.
Establish one represetative office in the goal cuntry will be one of the solution. We collected 3 days order together and dispatch in one time. It could met the better discount for DHL or some kind of “fast company” and arrive to the office at the target country. For example, USA,UK, Australia ,new zealand. The guy who base there will help to redistribute the item again. Even though it will cost some money, but still good idea to handle.
