Gear shift lever and kick start

Can not imagine some small factory rely on product this small parts to alive. They may always get some order for example 1k even 10k for one kind of model of gear shift lever or kick start.
As gear shift lever need to fit the engine shape very well,so must specified the angle and the length properly.
