As gear shift lever need to fit the engine shape very well,so must specified the angle and the length properly.

No pain no gain. Elctrical parts cost me too many time and energy to learn about them. This trip of electrical parts manufacture teach me more techinical knowledge of that. Before that we specified electrical parts–especially CDI–only by its outside measurement and the plug statue.

But finally we know that is not enough specification to make sure one CDI unit.
Some of them may same appearance even same measurement and plug but still different configuration inside.  It could be AC or DC, and fixing angle or advancing angel. You may also provide what kind of model you need fit for and and measurement also.

Measurement specification for Valve

To specify the valve could be by the vehicle model and the measurement specification. If let the supplier know the which model bike—-like GY6 50CC engine , honda clone 125cc engine could be nesseary. If specified by the measurement would be aslo a good idea to confirm it. I will show you what we did.

Parts shipping oversea

We have several plateform selling our scooter parts, dirt bike parts, etc. But we meet the key problem during the whole business chain- the logistical.  As most of them will order for few parts at the beginning and not willing to pay extra shipment expense for  EMS, or DHL, or FEDEX. So it will be quite difficult for them to get the parts on time. As the only option will be some “slow shipping company” like the China post, Hongkang Post. It sometime will cost more than 20-30 days , some even over 1 month to arrive. It can not be suffer as mostly the customer wait for the parts too fix their bike.  Now we are discussing how to avoide this happened and wish find some solutions.
Establish one represetative office in the goal cuntry will be one of the solution. We collected 3 days order together and dispatch in one time. It could met the better discount for DHL or some kind of “fast company” and arrive to the office at the target country. For example, USA,UK, Australia ,new zealand. The guy who base there will help to redistribute the item again. Even though it will cost some money, but still good idea to handle.

Big bore engine piston ring setup sequence

Today got some issue report of GY6 100CC big bore assembly issue from some of our dealer.

i thought i knew what i was doing cause i have rebuilt motors on dirtbikes,3 wheelers,and quads! i would really appriciate some help if u could please! i can get the top 2 compression rings on but i cant get the 3 oil rings on the bottom slot. the 3 all wont fit in there! i have tried to get them all to fit for a few hours i put the thin ones on the outsides around the copper ring but i can only get one of the thin ones on with the copper ring! could u please tell me what im doing wrong? can u please tell me what rings go where or show me the installation process to puting the rings on the piston properly.

Alex checked and help to fix the issue. Must assembled the piston with the rings follow the steps by the numbers showed on the pictures could properly assemble them.

We met some air filter suppliers for lot different specification of air filter. Same “Mushroom Head” but with 30degree, 90degree , Straight style rubber intake to fit to different model engine. We sort it out it and could cover most requirement of replacement or rebuilding. Will add them to our website quite soon.

Some Air filter looks very similiar from the photoes. Need specified the measurement as the diagram to absolutely ensure the entirely specification.
