Scooter Cable

There could be several type of cable on one Scooter– brake cable, throttle cable, speedometer cable, seat release cable.  Not only the total length& sleeve length is nessesary ,but also need the both side end status to specify one cable.
Suitable model also is a good clue for seller to get the right cable.
So before you replace you cable, please unload it and measure all the length even take the photo of both end.  Parts is a business complicated,but no run for a scooter missing or broken any parts.

CDI UNIT specification confirm

We used to be specify one unit only with the port status and the measurement.

But after visiting professinal factory find it is not enough to specified one CDI unit.  It also need to the diagram inside to 100% match . It sometime quite difficult to be match.
There will be –fixing angle, advancing angle, digital programmed CDI etc,. types.  Better need confirm the status before fix your bike.

It looks very interesting as seemed the engine kits used to rebuild an bike to motorized. It is not a motorcycle but a motorized bike. I am trying to work it out and see what it will looks like when assembled.

Wanke Urban Garden is one area resident lot of  western people here. I have ever tried to sell many scooters here. Many Many boys love the scooters very much.  Also met some expert driver show us the skill, and training his son as well. We all enjoy this experience.

Last month we'v got 5 days business trip for scooter parts,dirt bike parts main market in China. It is a good oppertunity to get more new parts  and interesting story.

Ebay specification Issue

Today met a guy say big bore engine kits not fit his scooter. Our specification clearly mentioned it is 69mm long valve version. But he do not get know there were be another 64mm version due to our specification not mentioned that. It is time waste and money cost to redispatch them again. We both side lost the money. It is a lesson for me. Have already revised them to let the customer clearly understand what exactly it is. So the specification would be the key of the parts business.

ScooterPartsMania added new function

ScooterPartsmania has been added some new function that could calculate the shipping cost automatically. Always met some dealer asked for how much cost to their country what need to be calculated when the order be placing.
Now they could check the cost to their country at the item page. It will be convience and interesting by one click of estimate shipping cost.

Information from the customers

Specification will be the secret and key of the parts business. The parts will be some rubbish if it could not be fitted.  So the feedback from the customer also quite import information for us to improve our database.
We used to suppose GY6 80c big bore engine kits and GY6 100CC big bore engine kits are both only one type.  But some customer report is could not fit their engine. Finally we check and found there will be another version. 64mm valve version  and 69mm valve version both existed.

Parts Business is blue sea Business

Scooter parts is a blue sea strategy business. As it associate to many type of parts ,even no one supplier could supplier one stop service to the customers.  So competitor is sometime is only yourself.  You must have to work with yourself to develop the new product , to intergrate the service ,like the inventory, the logistcal and specification.  There are maybe over 100,000 different parts(no summary) there in the market. May even devote to the whole life to the business to extend to many area. For example the car parts.
We used to work on many hot and bigger stuff. Like the scooter, fitness stuff, garden tools what now looks really cruel market, or called as red sea market. There are too many thing could be settled down by the money.
So it is interesting market  and worthy to work for long term.

By Kits or By independent piecs

Customer request will be quite different. Some need we provide the kits but some only need the seperate them as one by one pcs.

No matter what must cover customers request is our goal. It is good idea to sell by package but need be careful every details.
